Stalinallee, as it was called in GDR times, stretches between Strausberger Platz and Frankfurter Tor. It is about 90 meters wide, 3 kilometers long and stretches from Frankfurter Tor in Friedrichshain to Alexanderplatz in Mitte. The Karl-Marx-Allee is one of the defining examples of Berlin's post-war modernism until the fall of the Wall and has remained so to this day. This set is under monumental protection.
The apartment has two bedrooms, a spacious living-dining room with a balcony overlooking the avenue, a bathroom and a highly equipped kitchen. The living room has a 3-seater L-shaped sofa-bed, a dining table, shelves, side tables, a flat screen television and a mini-chain system. Both bedrooms are equipped with a 160x200 double bed with two mattresses, a desk, wardrobe, shelf and in one of them a chest of drawers. In the hallway there are 2 shelves and several side tables. In addition, a vacuum cleaner, ironing board and portable clothesline.

The bathroom with a window is composed of a bathtub with a shower, a sink, a toilet, and a high and low cabinet for cosmetic utensils and a hairdryer.
The kitchen is fully equipped with electric ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer and all necessary utensils. And finally, the long balcony overlooking the living room.
The apartment is located on the third floor with elevator. Inside the building you can park your bike.
You can park for free in the area behind the building.
And this very central location makes this neighborhood once again a popular residential area. There are only a few minutes' walk from many sights, such as Alexanderplatz square and the Berlin TV tower. Anyone who wants to play sports or just go for a walk can do so in the nearby Friedrichshain park.
The public transport metro line U5 is only 2 minutes away. Despite its splendid location, the apartment is extremely quiet.
